    EcoHack Jerusalem

In partnership with the Palestinian Investment Fund (PIF) and funded by the European Union (EU), the project aimed to empower young entrepreneurs to contribute to environmental sustainability and address community issues. StationJ organized two rounds of the ‘EcoHack Challenge in Jerusalem.’ Focused on tackling local environmental problems such as recycling, organic waste management, and resource conservation, the hackathons targeted over 50 participants aged 18 to 29 with expertise in environmental or related fields. Working collaboratively in teams, the participants engaged in expert meetings, interactive seminars on environmental sustainability and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and personalized mentoring sessions to refine their concepts and ideas. They developed innovative solutions to these challenges, culminating in pitching their ideas to a jury pannel on the final days.
