Station J boasts strong operational and financial management with a team of seven full-time staff, including roles such as executive director, accountant, and project officers.
In addition, a pool of experts, consultants, and volunteers provide specialized support in areas like design thinking, prototyping, e-marketing, and financial services. Together, we bridge skill gaps, access investments, and help innovators maximize their potential.
Station J’s overall objective is to become the leading engine for innovation and entrepreneurship in Jerusalem for empowering youth to advance economically and socially, by improving Palestinian Jerusalemites’ livelihood standards, alleviating socioeconomic hardships, and enabling them to access their social and economic rights, build their resilience, and achieve economic growth.
Our strategy and target are to reach out to direct beneficiaries through our different projects and indirect through our different public activities. For the next 3-5 years, Station J’s strategy strongly responds to the labor market demands, entrepreneurs’ needs and enhanced active collaboration between the academic institutions and the business sector.
Providing Palestinian youth with a strong innovation platform for entrepreneurial and creative growth that combines business, research, and academic environments, ensuring that the integration of the three is more efficient and has a greater impact on innovation than each one individually.

StationJ offers a wide range of services, encompassing numerous projects and programs dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship, innovation, and the establishment of novel and creative businesses. Our programs cater to diverse age groups, spanning from 16 to 45 years old, ensuring inclusivity and relevance. Each project is tailored to address specific areas of expertise related to design thinking, prototyping, e-marketing, financial services, 21st-century skills, and communication skills among others. We are committed to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in today’s dynamic business landscape.
On the mentorship and as part of the social responsibility our hosted experts and startups are acting as our main reference by providing free support to our beneficiaries from the different projects including the acceleration programs. The relationship also includes a win to win B2B relation where they are involved in the different implementation processes by providing consultancy services within their fields.
Station J has a 450 square meter, two-floor office, with 20 offices rented to SMEs and startups at a competitive price in addition to different facilities including 2 training halls, co-working spaces, and 2 meeting rooms that are also outsourced with competitive fees for the benefit of young entrepreneurs, non-profit and profit organizations.
