Funded by GIZ, Hisn Program is tailored to support highly vulnerable youth in East Jerusalem, with a special emphasis on people with disabilities, by enhancing their employability through targeted workshops and training. The program’s objective is to familiarize these youths with a variety of job profiles across multiple sectors, equipping them with an understanding of the skills that are in demand by organizations. Guided by a comprehensive needs assessment, the program provides essential knowledge and skills, enabling participants to secure decent employment opportunities or to launch their own entrepreneurial ventures.
