Funded by Enabel, Careerkom aims to equip Palestinian youth in Jerusalem and its outskirts with 21st-century skills through various training sessions and competitions. Its primary objective is to enhance resilience and employability among Jerusalemite youth. The training sessions were led by different experts using an interactive training manual that covers seven phases, including but not limited to design thinking, digital and virtual skills, on-the-job skills, communication and soft skills, among others. The project targeted at least 250 youth and offered several internship opportunities in different NGOs and private companies.
