Complaints Mechanism
Implemented by Station J and funded by the European Union and the Palestine Investment Fund, JFacility, the Jerusalem Grants Program (Phase IV), helps small and medium-sized businesses in Jerusalem Governorate grow. It offers co-financing grants from €10,000 to €60,000: the program covers part of the investment and the business contributes 20% to 60%, depending on the support needed. Priority goes to businesses buying new equipment and machinery, women-led businesses and green projects. Grantees also receive business development, marketing, legal, financial and tax advice, digital transformation support and ongoing mentorship. The program expects to support 120+ businesses, create 250 to 350 new jobs, retain 350 to 400 existing ones, and run four hackathons for 100 young people. Applications are online and reviewed every three months.
