Implemented by Station J and funded by the European Union and the Palestine Investment Fund, JFacility, the Jerusalem Grants Program (Phase IV), helps small and medium-sized businesses in Jerusalem Governorate grow.

What the program offers

• Co-financing grants from €10,000 to €60,000. The program covers part of the investment and the business contributes 20% to 60%, depending on the support needed.
• Technical support: business development, marketing, legal, financial and tax advice, digital transformation and ongoing mentorship.

Who can apply

Businesses operating in Jerusalem Governorate, legally registered or able to complete registration, in sectors such as tourism, commerce, industry, technology, services, food processing, crafts, agriculture and creative industries. Priority goes to businesses buying new equipment and machinery, women-led businesses and green projects.

Expected impact

• 120+ businesses supported
• 250 to 350 new jobs created
• 350 to 400 existing jobs retained
• 4 hackathons for 100 young people

Applications are online and reviewed every three months.
